Philosophy of Learning

Learning is an automatic process of adapting to information and influences. Though how things are learned varies, what is learned is intentional. Education speaks to such intentionality. Education, therefore, is established as an organized apparatus of dispensing information and influences so as to materialize a predetermined outcome from participation.

Philosophy of Education

Ultimate to the purpose of educational discourse is the accumulation of knowledge encompassed with the exploration of matters, identification of talents, development of skills and competencies, with all this engagement intended to serve a need, the first must be to solve one's own problems.

Therefore, in the importance of learning, knowledge, and education, where learning is a life-long inevitable occurrence, then the pursuit of knowledge must be qualified in regards to education as right or wrong, and good or bad. As such, a good, and the right education will connect the pursuant first to a sense of personhood, then peoplehood. Through that, responsibility towards who and what matters is established and remains the focus.

Learner Protocol Implementations

Utaratibu (order) is the foundational virtue of any executable, sustainable and scalable process. In institutions, dispensers (educators and administrators) and recipients of instructorship (learners and members of households) must be of an uncompromising understanding of expectations. Protocols must be defined, explained, rehearsed, and understanding reflected in the culture of function and relations. In any setting where people interact, protocols will provide directorship within an accorded atmosphere of fruitful incline. Curriculum Assessment

The components of a curriculum must speak to what becomes of the functionality of the participating learner, therefore, the implementation of components must carry pragmatic resolve. So, for instance, on one hand, where it is of fundamental relevance to learn how to count, on the other hand, in looking to instruct on the different parts of a grasshopper, the question must be asked, what is/should/or need be the relevance of this to a learner in a sports academy, leadership academy, vocational institute, etc.? Get to know differences in what should be, in order to implement the right things for the right goals.

C-BE™ Orientation

Corrective-Based Education™, acronym C-BE™, is the learning pedagogy embodying Ukweli (truth) where a connection to authentic essence is realized while progressive self-development with pragmatic relevance, actualized. Education, in its formal or informal dispense, can be contextualized as an intentional process of mindset and competency fostering with an implementational premise set on social integration through cultural orientation. Hence the cultural reality observed serves core to determining the kind of education provided and received. Corrective-Based Education™ is rooted in the Alkebu-Lan cultural reality. Through C-BE™ orientation, participants come to an understanding of cultural realities, intentionality, underlying factors in relational elements (narratives, authorships, people, psycho-types, patterns, etc.) and processes to actualizations of objectives in said realities.

Faculty and Staff Development

Administrators and Educators are critical parts of the engine of structure that determine the efficaciousness of an institution’s function. Therefore, growth for personnel, in various capacities, for both the individual and the collective, must be a willed, deliberate and on-going process. MKi provides facilitations and advice towards the best approaches per desire.

Institution Structuring/Restructuring

The determining factor between what is wished for, desired, and materialized is one thing, that is, the working mechanism(s) in place to achieve said objective is the other. The beautiful thing about any work in progress is that adaptations and adjustments, in some respects, can, should and must be made.
